Purchasers on our site are considered to have READ and accepted the agreement.
 

Member Information: Members must enter their information completely and accurately. For the delivery to be conducted smoothly, it is mandatory to enter a phone number and Tax Identification Number (TIN). These details are required for both security reasons and legal obligations.
 

Pricing Policy: Our store sets the prices of products sold according to the rules of the Free Market Economy. This includes the Tag Price, Sale Price, and Discounted Price. No one, including the customer, product manufacturer, importer, or distributor, has the authority to force us to change our prices. Typographical errors are exceptions.
 

Warranty: Our store and the Customer Warranty Conditions Page dictate the rules of engagement.
 

Returns: Our store guarantees to accept returns of any product under the conditions specified on the Returns Policy Page.
 

Fees: Fees collected by our store are clearly displayed in the relevant sections and cannot be contested later.
 

Customer Satisfaction: Our store strives to maintain maximum customer satisfaction. Customer requests that are not within the general commercial rules and aim to harm our store are excluded; all other complaints and requests are carefully reviewed and addressed urgently.
 

Security Measures: Orders placed in our store are sent to the customer after undergoing a series of security measures. Our store managers may request additional information from the customer during the sale. The requested information is for your security. The customer is obligated to comply with these requests. Orders that are not deemed secure by our managers or raise suspicions are not sent.
 

Product Delivery: Products purchased from our store are delivered after an identity check by the designated courier companies or our own distribution network. It is not possible to request delivery by a different courier service. When receiving the package, the customer must check it; faulty or damaged packages should not be accepted. Once the package is accepted, the order is considered to have been delivered intact and complete by the Courier Official.

Contents of the Agreement The subject of this agreement is the sale and delivery of the product described below, purchased electronically by the BUYER from the SELLER via the website www.fotomagnet.net, according to the Law No. 4077 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on the Procedures and Principles of Distance Contracts.
    
3. Product Information The type and quantity of the product(s) purchased electronically, brand/model, sales price, payment method, recipient, delivery address, personal information, and shipping fee are as stated by the customer at the time of sending this form and correspond to the amount paid.
